AI Engine Room - Copenhagen

Recently in Copenhagen, we brought together a carefully selected group of senior leaders for another AI Engine Room session, continuing the series of closed door conversations focused on practical progress rather than theory.

The discussion was deliberately grounded. Rather than focusing on emerging tools or future possibilities, leaders examined the realities of delivery. Conversations centred on execution friction, data limitations, operating model constraints, and the increasing pressure executives face as they balance speed of adoption with governance and control. These were honest reflections from those accountable for AI outcomes, not observers on the sidelines.

A strong thread running through the session was the recognition that AI progress is shaped less by technology readiness and more by leadership decisions. Organisational alignment, executive intent, and cultural preparedness continue to play a defining role in whether AI delivers meaningful business value or stalls at pilot stage.

Change Makers was created to support exactly these kinds of exchanges. By creating space for senior engagement, peer learning, and candid discussion, it enables executives to move beyond noise and focus on the decisions, behaviours, and structures that ultimately determine impact.
